M.U.G.: It’s Not Just for Coffee

Coffee lovers will have more reason than ever to like Thursday mornings. Campus Ministry is offering free refreshments every Thursday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in Murphy Center 340. Anyone and everyone is welcome to stop by Campus Ministry’s MUG to mingle, unwind, and gather with free treats and coffee.

There is always coffee, hot chocolate, tea, juice, and a variety of treats. Feel free to grab a quick cup of coffee to go in the hallway or choose to come in and stay awhile. All dishes and utensils are provided, and you don’t even have to wash them! Everything is taken care of for you, so all you need to do is show up. You’ll soon realize Campus Ministry isn’t the largest room on campus, but it is definitely one of the coziest.

Nervous about stopping by? No worries. You are bound to see a familiar face, and if you don’t, you’ll be sure to find a smiling one. Senior Katherine Ross explained that MUG is “a great way to introduce new people to Campus Ministry. There’s always a lot of traffic coming through which piques interest and people are more willing to stop by.”

MUG offers a place to relax and take a break from school for a moment. Take advantage of this great opportunity to relax and unwind in Campus Ministry—perhaps you could help with a puzzle they regularly put together.
